How did Project Management convert into Product Management:

The main reasons are:
Projects have an end date and Products are supported through the lifecycle.
Projects tend to be one of a kind and thus have higher risks associated with them.
Products “package” value in a more standard way than a bespoke project, so you can stack them more easily just like you stack Docker components, but at a higher level.
